का.आ. 3098(अ). दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 11 क के अन्तर्गत दिल्ली मुख्य योजना-2021 /जोन ' सी' की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है। आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्तिअपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
संशोधन:
" आज़ादपुर , नई दिल्ली स्थित 3.0 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र , जो उत्तर में जी.टी. करनाल रोड/माल रोड से , पश्चिम में आजाद पुर चौक से दक्षिण में जी.टी. रोड/ मनोरंजनात्मक ( जिला पार्क ) से और पूर्व में परमेश्वरी वाला बाग ( मनोरंजनात्मक जिला पार्क ) से घिरा हुआ है, के भूमि उपयोग को ' मनोरंजनात्मक ' से ' परिवहन-टी 2 ' ( एम.आर. टी.एस. सम्पत्ति विकास/मिश्रित विकास ) में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है । "
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई. पी. एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 4th December , 2009
S.O. 3098 (E ).- The following modifications which the Delli Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 / Zonal Development Plan of Zone ' C ' under Section 11A of DD Act, 1957 is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner- cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority , ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date ofthis notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
Modification :
" It is proposed to change the land use of an area measuring 3.0 hact . at Azad Pur , New Delhi bounded by G.T. Karnal Road/ Mall Road in the North , Azad Pur Chowk in the West , G.T. Road/ Recreational ( District Park) in the South and Parmeshwari Wala Bagh (Recreational-District Park) in the East from ' Recreational ' to ' Transportation - T2 ' (MRTS Property Development/Composite Development)" .
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Jt. Director (MP ) , Delhi Development Authority, 6th Floor , Vikas Minar , I.P. Estate , New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
