New Delhi , the 30th November , 2009
S.O. 3099 ( E ) .-- In pursuance of sub - rule (4) of rule 10 of the Official Language ( use for official purposes of the Union) . Rules, 1976 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following offices , under the India Meteorological Department , a subordinate office of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, whereof more than 80 per cent staff have acquired theworking knowledge ofHindi , namely :---
का.आ. 3099(अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार , राजभाषा ( संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयोग ) नियम , 1976 के नियम 10 के उप-नियम ( 4 ) के अनुसरण में भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग के अधीन , जो पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय का अधीनस्थ कार्यालय है , निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों को जिनके 80 प्रतिशत से अधिक कर्मचारीवृन्द ने हिन्दी का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया है , अधिसूचित करती है अर्थात्: --
(1) Mct Office, Puri - 752001
( 1 ) मौसम कार्यालय पुरी -752001
(2) Met Office , Radio Sonde/Radio Wind , Jodhpur- 342001
(2 ) मौसम कार्यालय , रेडियो सौंदे/रेडियो विंड, जोधपुर -342001
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
होगी ।
