का.आ. 3100(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 280 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 मार्च , 2005 द्वारा पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य के लिए सलाहकार समिति का तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए गठन किया गया था और उक्त समिति की अवधि, 1 मार्च , 2008 को समाप्त हो चुकी है ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह विचार है कि ऐसी समिति का पुर्नगठन किया जाए ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिनेमा कर्मकार कल्याण निधि नियम, 1984 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) , नियम 4 और नियम 16 के साथ पठित सिनेमा कर्मकार कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1981 (1981 का 33 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 280 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 मार्च , 2005 को उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हें अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य के लिए सलाहकार समिति का गठन करती है और सिनेमा कर्मकार कल्याण निधि के उपयोजन से संबंधित मामलों सहित उक्त अधिनियम के प्रशासन से उत्पन्न मामलों पर केन्द्रीय सरकार को सलाह देने के लिए राजपत्र में, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए उक्त समिति में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्
-अध्यक्ष (1) राज्य मंत्री श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, पश्चिमी बंगाल सरकार , कोलकाता ।
-उपाध्यक्ष पदेन (2) कल्याण आयुक्त , भारत सरकार , कोलकाता ।

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th December, 2009
S.O. 3100 ( E) . Whereasby a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 280 ( E) , dated the 2nd March , 2005, the Central Government constituted an Advisory Committee for the State of West Bengal for a period of three years and the term of the said Committee has since expired on 1st March , 2008;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the view that such a Committee must be reconstituted;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Cine Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1981 (33 of 1981) , read with sub - rule (2) of rule 3 , rule 4 and rule 16 of the Cine Workers Welfare Fund Rules , 1984 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 280 ( F) , dated the 2nd March , 2005 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes and Advisory Committee for the State of West Bengal and appoints the following persons to the said Cominittee to advice the Central Government on the matters arising out ofthe administration of the aforesaid Act, including matters relating to the application of the Cine Workers Welfare Fund, for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely:-
