का.आ. 3121 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधि- नियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:---
अनुसूची के भाग -11 में यूनानी से सम्बन्धित , ' उत्तर प्रदेश' शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत क्रमांक 22 ग और इससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित क्रमांक 2 , 3 एवं 4 में प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः अंतः स्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

S.O. 3121 (E) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine , hereby makes the following further amendments inthe Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :-

Note : The Second Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act , 1970 ( 48 of 1970 ) was published in the Gazette of India vide notification number S.O. 2994 dated the 10th day of August, 1971 and last amended vide No. S.O. 1190 (E), dated the 11th May, 2009.
