का.आ. 3137( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2799 ( अ) , तारीख 3 नवम्बर, 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 3 नवम्बर , 2009 में प्रकाशित की गई थी में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, जिला " औरंगाबाद " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 7 ) में प्रविष्टि " ( 21 ) खेराबिंद" के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
"( 22) भेड़िया
(23 ) दरभंगा "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th December, 2009
S.O. 3137(E ).--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ), the Central Government , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways) , number S.O. 2799 (E) , dated the 3rd November , 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 3rd November , 2009, namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , against serial number 3 relating to District " Aurangabad", in column (7) after entry "( 21 ) Kharrabind " , the following entries shall be inserted, namely :--
"(22) Bhedia
(23) Darbhanga"
