का.आ. 3154( अ )-राष्ट्रपति , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण ( भूमि और यातायात) अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2003 का 13 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री ज्ञान चन्द, अपर जिला एवं सेशन जज , बाराबंकी को 26-11-2009 ( पूर्वाह्न ) अर्थात् पद भार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से उनके 62 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होने तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, पे बैंड 4 में 37,400-67,000 रु. के वेतनमान और 10,000 रु. के ग्रेड पे ( सीधे भर्ती के लिए प्रवेश वेतन) में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरण , लखनऊ में पीठासीन अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं ।
2. श्री ज्ञान चन्द , पीठासीन अधिकारी की सेवा शर्तें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरण ( अधिकरण के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया ) , नियमावली , 2003 और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकरण ( पीठासीन अधिकारी का वेतन , भत्ते एवं कार्यकाल और सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली , 2005 द्वारा संचालित होंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December, 2009
S.O.3154 ( E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 ofthe Control of National Highway ( Land and Traffic) Act , 2002 ( 13 of2003 ) , the President is pleasedto appoint Shri Gyan Chandra , Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barabanki as Presiding Officer in the National Highway Tribunal (NHT) , Lucknow in the pay scale of Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of Rs . 10,000 in Pay Band 4 ( Entry pay for Direct Recruit) with effect from 26-11-2009 (FN) i.e. the date of assumption of the charge of post till he attains the age of 62 years or until further orders , whichever is earlier .

The conditions of Service of Shri Gyan Chandra, Presiding Officer shall be governed by the National Highway Tribunal ( Procedure for Appointment Presiding Officer of the Tribunal ) Rules , 2003 and the National Highway Tribunal ( Salaries, Allowances and Other Term and Conditions of Service of Presiding Officer) Rules, 2005 .
