सं. 54-ईएल ( 1 )/18/2009.-चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 134 के साथ पठित चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेट्स ( परिषद का निर्वाचन ) नियम , 2006 की अनुसूची 6 के पैरा 6 के खंड ( 2 ) के अधीन निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधोहस्ताक्षरी, इक्कीसवीं परिषद् और बीसवीं प्रादेशिक परिषदों के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में अपना यह समाधान हो जाने के पश्चात् कि मतदान केन्द्र सं. सी-097 , जो आर्य पब्लिक स्कूल, सैक्टर-4 , वैशाली, गाजियाबाद ( उ.प्र. ) में स्थित था , में 5 दिसम्बर , 2009 को हुआ मतदान पर्याप्त कारणों से बाधित/ उसमें व्यवधान हुआ है , यह घोषणा करता है कि उक्त मतदान केन्द्र पर 5 दिसम्बर , 2009 को हुआ मतदान शून्य था और परिणामतः 18 दिसम्बर, 2009 को नए मतदान का आदेश करता है ।
No. 54- EL(1 )/18/2009.-In exercise of the powers vested under clause (2) of Para 6 of Schedule 6 to the Chartered Accountants ( Election to the Council ) Rules , 2006, readwith Regulation 134 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations , 1988 , the undersigned after satisfying himself, as the Returning Officer of the elections to the Twenty First Council and the Twentieth Regional Councils, that the polling held on 5th December , 2009 in pollingbooth No. C-097 in Aryan Public School , Sector- IV , Vaishali Ghaziabad (U.P. ) has been interrupted/obstructed with sufficient cause, hereby declare that the polling held at the said polling booth on 5th December, 2009 was void and consequently order a fresh polling on 18th December, 2009.
मतदान केन्द्र संख्या सी-097 , जिसे अब वैशाली पब्लिक जूनियर हाई स्कूल , प्लॉट सं. 216/01 , वैशाली , गाजियाबाद ( उ.प्र. ) में स्थापित किया गया है , में मध्य भारत प्रादेशिक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से इक्कीसवीं परिषद् और बीसवीं मध्य भारत प्रादेशिक परिषद् के चुनाव के लिए उक्त नया मतदान 18 दिसम्बर , 2009 को प्रातः 8.00 बजे से 'रात्रि 8.00 बजे तक आयोजित किया जाएगा ।
The said fresh polling at polling booth No. C-097 now set up at Vaishali Public Junior High School , Plot No. 216/01 , Sector- III -A, Vaishali , Ghaziabad (U.P. )for elections to the Twenty First Council from the Central India Regional Constituency and Twentieth Central India Regional Council, will be held from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00p.m. on 18th December, 2009
उक्त मतदान केन्द्र से प्रभावित/जुड़े सभी मतदाताओं को व्यष्टि संसूचना पृथक रूप से भेजी जा रही है , जिसमें मतदान की तारीख, समय और स्थान के ब्यौरे हैं ।
Individual communication is sent separately to all voters affected/ attached with said polling booth containing details ofdate, time and venue ofpolling.
