सा.का.नि. 868 (अ) .-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) तारीख 14 जुलाई , 2001 , में अधिसूचना से सा.का.नि. 368 , तारीख 25 जून, 2001 के द्वारा प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार , उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) प्रशासनिक अधिकारी , ( भारतीय विधिक माप विज्ञान संस्थान , रांची ) भर्ती नियम , 2001 को , उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हें ऐसे विखण्डन से पूर्व किया गया है अथवा करने से लोप किया गया है , विखण्डित करते हैं ।
2. यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th December , 2009.
G.S.R. 868(E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby rescinds the Government of India , Ministry ofConsumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department ofConsumer Affairs ) Administrative Officer , Indian Institute of Legal Metrology , Ranchi) Recruitment Rules , 2001 , published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i) , dated the 14th July , 2001 vide number G.S.R. 368 , dated the 25th June , 2001 , excepts as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission .
2. This shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
