का.आ. 3177 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उड़ीसा राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 6 ( सम्बलपुर - बरगड- उड़ीसा/छतीसगढ़ सीमा ) का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) और ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुकों , पुलिस थानों और गांवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के सम्बन्ध में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th December , 2009
S.O. 3177 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of Section 3 ofthe National Highway Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2 ) of the Schedule below as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule relating to Districts , Taluks , Police Stations and Villages mentioned in columns (4 ), (5 ) , (6) and ( 7) respectively of the said Schedule for building ( widening/ four- laning etc. ) maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No. 6 ( Sambalpur - Bargarh - Orissa/ Chhattisgarh Border) in the State of Orissa.
