NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the I Oth December, 2009
S.D. 3176(E).---Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the MinistrY of Road Transport and Highway s number 5.0.1860(E), dated the 30" 1 .fulyi, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinar y , Part II, Section 3. Sub-section and issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3A of National Highway s Act. 1950 E48 of 1956 ) (hereinafter referred to a> the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widenin g Mur 'anima etc.). maintenance.
