NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th December, 2009
S.O. 3 I .73(E).- —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956). the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Joint Organization Meerut as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 23.08 to km. 64.104 Mr buildin g, maintenance, management and operation of Delhi-Meerut Expressway (from Outer Ring Road Delhi along NI I-2 . 1 till Dasna and then through open areas till km. 8.75 on Meerut-Hapur Road) in the States of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, unda the National Highway Development Programme Phase-VI.

S.O. 3174(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the SDM (Dadri) as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 12.860 to km. 15.000 and km. 20.490 to km. 21.350 for building, maintenance, management and operation of Delhi-Meerut Expressway (from Outer Ring Road Delhi along NH-24 till Dasna and then through open areas till km. 8.75 on Meerut-Hapur Road) in the States of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, under the National Highway Development Programme Phase-VI.
