नई दिल्ली, 11 दिसम्बर , 2009 का.आ. 3180(अ).-विधि- विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम, 1967 ( 1967 का 37) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मणिपुर के मैतेई उग्रवादी संगठनों अर्थात् पीपुल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी ( पीएलए ) , द रिवोल्यूशनरी पीपुल्स फ्रंट ( आरपीएफ ) , द यूनाइटेड नेशनल लिबरेशन फ्रंट ( यूएनएलएफ ) , द पीपुल्स रिवोल्यूशनरी पार्टी ऑफ कांगलीपाक ( पीआरईपीएके ) , द कांगलीपाक कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टी ( केसीपी ) , द कांगली याओल कान्बा लुप ( केवाईकेएल ) तथा मणिपुर पीपुल्स लिबरेशन फ्रंट ( एमपीएलएफ ) को विधि- विरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण विद्यमान हैं अथवा नहीं , एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति सुश्री हीमा कोहली की अध्यक्षता में एक " विधि- विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th December , 2009
S.O. 3180( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities ( Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Ms. Justice Hima Kohli , Judge of Delhi High Court , for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Meitei Extremist Organisations of Manipur, viz. , the People's Liberation Army ( PLA ) , the Revolutionary Peoples' Front (RPF), the United National Liberation Front ( UNLF ) , the Peoples ' Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak ( PREPAK ), the Kangleipak Communist Party ( KCP ) , the Kanglei Yaol Kanba Lup ( KYKL) and the Manipur People's Liberation Front( MPLF ) , as unlawful associations .
