का.आ. 3184(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , धन-शोधन निवारण अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2003 का 15 ) की धारा 43 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और गुवाहाटी स्थित गौहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति के परामर्श से उपाबद्ध में यथा उल्लिखित सेशन न्यायालय (न्यायालयों ) को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन दंडनीय अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त न्यायालयों के सामने उक्त उपाबंध में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र ( क्षेत्रों ) के लिए विशेष न्यायालयों के रूप में अभिहित करती हैं ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th December, 2009
S.O. 3184 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Prevention of Money- laundering Act, 2002 ( 15 of2003 ) and in consultation with the Chief Justice ofGauhati High Court at Guwahati , the Central Government designates the Court (s ) of Sessions , as mentioned in Annexure , as Special Court (s ) for the area (s ) specified in the said Annexure against the said Courts , for trial of offences punishable under Section 4 of the said Act .
