का. आ. 3185(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, इनलैंड कंटेनर डिपो , तुगलकाबाद , नई दिल्ली को निम्नलिखित को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा सौंपे गए कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु सामान्य न्याय-निर्णयन प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त करता है ,
(i ) उपायुक्त , सीमा शुल्क ( आयात ) , जवाहर लाल नेहरू कस्टम हाऊस , न्हावा शेवा , रायगढ़ , महाराष्ट्र;
(ii ) उपायुक्त, सीमा शुल्क ( आयात ) , इनलैंड कंटेनर डिपो , पटपरगंज , नई दिल्ली; और
( iii ) अपर आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क , दी माल , अमृतसर,
ताकि वे अपर महानिदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली जोनल यूनिट , नई दिल्ली द्वारा डी आर आई एफ सं. 856( 24 ) एल डी एच/2006/7106-12 , दिनांक 28 अगस्त, 2008 के जरिए मै. पवन इंटरनेशलन , लुधियाना एवं अन्य को जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस संबंधी मामलों में न्याय निर्णयन कर सकें ।

S.O. 3185 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 and sub- section ( 1) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs , Inland Container Depot , Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,-
(i ) the Deputy Commissioner of Customs ( Import) , Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House , Nhava Sheva , Raigad, Maharashtra;
(ii) the Deputy Commissioner of Customs ( Import) , Inland Container Depot, Patparganj , New Delhi ; and
(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs , The Mall ,Amritsar,
forthepurpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertainingto M/ s . Pawan International , Ludhiana and others issued vide , DRI F.No. 856(24) LDH/ 2006/7106-12 , dated the 28th August, 2008 , by the Additional Director General , Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit , New Delhi .

का. आ. 3186(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड मैसर्स मान्टे इंटरनेशनल एवं अन्य को अपर महानिदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली जोनल यूनिट , दिल्ली द्वारा डी आर आई फा. सं. 23/31 /2003 -डी जेड यू/2622-34, दिनांक 26 मई , 2008 और डी आर आई फा. सं. 23/31/ 2003 -डी जेड यू 557 , दिनांक 27 फरवरी , 2009 के तहत जारी किये गये कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन के उद्देश्य से,-
(i ) आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क ( निर्यात ) , बैलार्ड इस्टेट , मुम्बई; और
(ii ) आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क ( पत्तन ) , कोलकाता
को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और उनके कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए एतद्वारा आयुक्त , सीमा शुल्क दि माल , अमृतसर को उभय न्याय- निर्णयन प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करता है ।
