वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 11 दिसम्बर , 2009 सं. 177/2009- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) सा.का.नि. 891 (अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( कक ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/97-सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै ) सा.का.नि. सं. 193 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है;
अर्थात्:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में महाराष्ट्र राज्य संबंधी क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने मद ( xiii ) के बाद क्रमशः कॉलम ( 3 ) में तथा कॉलम ( 4 ) में सामने की प्रविष्टि में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्
(3) " ( xiv ) मुलुन्द ( मुम्बई )
(4) आयातित माल को उतारना तथा निर्यात माल को लादना "

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. 12/97-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 [सा. का. नि. सं. 193 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 ] के जरिए प्रकाशित हुई थी और इसमें अंतिम बार संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 23/2009- सीमा शुल्क ( गै टै ) , दिनांक 27 फरवरी , 2009 [ सा. का. नि. सं. 139( अ) , दिनांक 27 फरवरी , 2009 ] के द्वारा किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 891 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( aa ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenuc ) No. 12/97- Customs (N.T. ), No. G.S.R. 193 (E) dated the 2nd April , 1997, namely:-
2. In the Table to the said notification , against serial number 9, relating to the State of Maharashtra , after item (xiii),the following item in column (3) and the corresponding entry in column ( 4) shall respectively be inserted , namely:-
