फा. सं. 2( 5 )/2009-सीपी. निक्षेप बीमा निगम (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 56 ) की धारा की उप- धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , 01 अक्तूबर , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 मेघालय राज्य में लागू होगी ।

New Delhi , the 28th October , 2009
F. No. 2 (5 )/2009- CP .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 1 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1968 ( 56 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st October , 2009 as the date on which Section 7 of the said Act shall come into force in the State of Meghalaya .
