का. आ. 3189(अ). केन्द्र सरकार , राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 19 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) , 4( 1 ) और 4(4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) यथासंशोधित राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 1995 ( 1995 का 44 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , डॉ. एच. टी. सांगलियाना को उक्त आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में वर्तमान रिक्ति पर उनके द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नामित करती है ।

S.O. 3189 (E ) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 read with Sections 3 (2 ), 4( 1 ) and 4 (4) of the National Commission for Minorities Act , 1992( 19 of 1992 ) , as amended vide the National Commission for Minorities (Amendment) Act , 1995 (44 of 1995 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. 11.T. Sangliana asVice- Chairperson of the said Commission in the existing vacancy, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office by him .
