का.आ. 3205 (अ) .-राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , विशेष न्यायाधीश, केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो , केरल, कोच्चि के विशेष न्यायालय ।। को अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उक्त उप-धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजन से, एतद्द्वारा, विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
2. उपर्युक्त विशेष न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र पूरा केरल राज्य होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th December , 2009
S.O. 3205(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 ( 34 of 2008 ), the Central Government hereby notifies the Special Court - II of the Special Judge, Central Bureau of Investigation , Kerala at Kochi as the Special Court for purposes ofthe said Sub-section ( 1) of Section 11 of the said Act for the trial of Scheduled Offences.
2. The jurisdiction of the Special Court mentioned above shall extend throughout the State of Kerala .
