का.आ. 3208(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 42) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ) , तारीख । जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
( i ) क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. (2 दिसम्बर , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टिं रखीजाएगी;
( ii ) क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर" 100.00 रु. (21 मई, 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( iii ) क्रम संख्यांक 3 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 80.00 रु. ( 1 अप्रैल , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( iv ) क्रम संख्यांक 4 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 1 जून , 2009 से प्रभावी) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( v) क्रम संख्यांक 8 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. (10 अगस्त, 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

(vi ) क्रम संख्यांक 9 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. (1 अप्रैल , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(vii) क्रम संख्यांक 11 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 1 अक्तूबर , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(viii ) क्रम संख्यांक 14 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. (24 अगस्त, 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(ix) क्रम संख्यांक 18 ( क) के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 14 मई , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(x) क्रम संख्यांक 18 ( ख ) के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 14 मई , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(xi ) क्रम संख्यांक 18 (ग ) के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 14 मई, 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(xii ) क्रम संख्यांक 21 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 100.00 रु. ( 1 अक्तूबर , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(xiii ) क्रम संख्यांक 22 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर" 100.00 रु. ( 1 अप्रैल , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(xiv) क्रम संख्यांक 24 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 87.50 रु. ( 2 दिसम्बर , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

(xv) क्रम संख्यांक 25 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 83.73 रु. ( 1 अक्तूबर , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(xvi ) क्रम संख्यांक 26 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 99.00 रु. ( 2 जून , 2009 से प्रभावी ) " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2876( अ) , तारीख 11 नवम्बर , 2009 द्वारा उसका अंतिम संशोधन किया गया था ।
MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th December, 2009
S.O. 3208 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 1 (E), dated the 1st January , 2009 , nemely : --
In the said notification , in the Schedule , -
(i) against Sl . No. 1 , for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 2nd December , 2009)" shall be substituted;
(ii) against Sl . No. 2 , for the entry in column (3 ), the entry "Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 21st May, 2009 ) " shall be substituted;
( iii) against Sl. No. 3 , for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry "Rs . 80.00 (with effect from 1st April , 2009 ) " shall be substituted;
( iv) against Sl . No. 4 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry "Rs . 100.00 ( with effect from 1st June , 2009) " shall be substituted;
(v) against Sl . No. 8 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry "Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 10th August, 2009 )" shall be substituted ;

(vi) against Sl. No. 9 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs. 100.00 ( with effect from 1st April, 2009 ) " shall be substituted;
(vii) against Sl . No. 11 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry "Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 1st October , 2009 ) " shall be substituted;
(viii) against Sl. No. 14, for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry "Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 24th August, 2009) " shall be substituted;
(ix) against Sl . No. 18 ( a), for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry"Rs . 100.00 ( with effect from 14th May, 2009)" shall be substituted ;
(x) against Sl . No. 18 ( b ) , for the entry in column (3 ), the entry "Rs. 100.00 (with effect from 14th May, 2009) " shall be substituted;
(xi) against Sl . No. 18 (c) , for the entry in column (3 ), the entry"Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 14th May, 2009 ) " shall be substituted;
(xii) against Sl . No. 21 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry"Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 1st October , 2009 )" shall be substituted;
(xiii) against Sl . No. 22 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry " Rs . 100.00 (with effect from 1st April , 2009 ) " shall be substituted:
(xiv) against Sl . No. 24, for the entry in column ( 3 ), the entry " Rs . 87.50 (with effect from 2nd December, 2009 ) " shall be substituted ;
(xv) against Sl . No. 25 , for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry " Rs . 83.73 (with effect from 1st October, 2009 ) " shall he substituted;
(xvi ) against Sl . No. 26 , for the entry in column (3 ) , the entry "Rs . 99.00 (with effect from 2nd June , 2009 ) " shall be substituted.
