CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 15th December , 2009
G.S.R. 896 (E) .-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Senior Hindi Translator Recruitment Rules , 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) , dated 5thNovember, 2008 , vide number G.S.R.770( E) , dated 31st October , 2008 , namely :---
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Senior Hindi Translator Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2009 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Senior Hindi Translator Recruitment Rules , 2008 in the Schedule , in column 8 , in item ( i) for the words , "Elective subjects or either of the two as medum of examination and the other as a compulsory electric subject at degree level " , the following shall be substituted namely :
"Elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a compulsory elective subject at degree level ."
