सा.का.नि. 900( अ) स्वापक औषधि और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1985 की धारा 7ख और स्वापक औषधि और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ ( राष्ट्रीय औषधि दुरुपयोग नियंत्रण कोष ) नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 9 के अनुसार केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा वार्षिक रिपोर्ट को अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्न लेखा विवरण के साथ- साथ वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-09 के दौरान धारा 7क की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के अंतर्गत इस कोष से वित्त पोषित क्रियाकलापों का विवरण नीचे दिया गया है :-
