सा.का.नि. 902(अ).-संविधान की धारा 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राष्ट्रपति , एतद्वारा नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन , नोएडा- सीमा शुल्क अधीक्षक ( निवारक) , मूनिर्धारक , निवारक अधिकारी एवं जांचकर्ता भर्ती नियमावली, 2003 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 902 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Noida Special Economic Zone , Noida- Superintendent of Customs ( Preventive) , Appraiser , Preventive Officer and Examiner Recruitment Rules, 2003 namely:
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन , नोएडा- सीमा शुल्क अधीक्षक ( निवारक ) , मूल्यनिर्धारक, निवारक अधिकारी एवं जांचकर्ता भर्ती संशोधन नियमावली , 2009 कहा जाएगा ।
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Noida Special Economic Zone , Noida - Superintendent of Customs (Preventive ) , Appraiser , Preventive Officer , Examiner Recruitment ( Amendment) Rules , 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागूहोंगे ।
2. In the Noida Special Economic Zone , Noida- Superintendent of Customs ( Preventive ) , Appraiser , Preventive Officer , Examiner Recruitment Rules , 2003 , in rule 5 , after the words " for reasons to be recorded in writing", the words " and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission " shall be inserted .
2. नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन, नोएडा- सीमा शुल्क अधीक्षक (निवारक) , मूल्यनिर्धारक, निवारक अधिकारी एवं जांचकर्ता भर्ती नियमावली , 2003 में नियम 5 में " लिखित में दर्ज किए जाने वाले कारणों के लिए " शब्दों के बाद " और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

सा.का.नि. 903(अ). संविधान की धारा 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राष्ट्रपति , एतद्वारा नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन , नोएडा- आशुलिपिक ग्रेड- । भर्ती नियमावली , 2003 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन , नोएडा- आशुलिपिक ग्रेड- भर्ती संशोधन नियमावली , 2009 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागूहोंगे ।
2. नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन , नोएडा-आशुलिपिक ग्रेड-1 भर्ती नियमावली , 2003 में नियम 5 में " लिखित में दर्ज किए जाने वाले कारणों के लिए " शब्दों के बाद " और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Noida Special Economic Zone , Noida- Stenographer Grade - I Recruitment (Amendment Rules ) , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Noida Special Economic Zone , Noida- Stenographer Grade - 1 Recruitment Rules , 2003 , in rule 5. after the words " for reasons to be recorded in writing" , the words " and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission " shall be inserted .
