New Delhi , the 18th December, 2009
S.O.3248 (E) .-The Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Minisry of Commerce and Industry , Department ofCommerce , number S.O. 2955 (E), dated 19th November , 2009 for the information technology and information technology enabled services at village Attipra , Taluk and District Thiruvananthapuram in the State of Kerala by M/ s . Electronics Technology Parks -Kerala (Technopark) namely :-
का.आ. 3248(अ ).-विषेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा मै. इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स टेक्नोलोजी पार्कस 4 केरल ( टेकनोपार्क ) द्वारा केरल राज्य में ग्राम अट्टिप्रा , तालुक एवं जिला थिरुवनन्थपुरम में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए विकसित एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 19 नवम्बर , 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2955 ( अ ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्--
परिच्छेद । में " निजी संगठन " के स्थन पर " केरल सरकार के अधीन एक स्वतंत्र निकाय " पढ़ा जाए।
In the paragraph 1 for the words " a private organisation" , the words " an autonomous body under the Government of Kerala" shall be substituted.
