सं. ए-60011 /19/2009-प्रशा.- IV( वि.का. ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , विदेशी मुद्राअपील अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की भर्ती, वेतन व भत्ते और अन्य सेवा- शर्तें ) नियम , 2000 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम , 1999 (1999 का 42) की धारा 20 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग के श्री एम. ए. खां यूसुफ़ी , संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधि सलाहकार को दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर , 2009 के पूर्वाह्न से उनके द्वारा अपने वर्तमान पद को धारण किए रहने तक या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , विदेशी मुद्रा अपील अधिकरण का अंशकालिक सदस्य नियुक्त करती है ।

No. A-6001 1/ 19/2009-Admn . - IV( LA).-- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 20 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act , 1999 (No. 42 of 1999) read with Rule 5 of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange (Recruitment , Salary and Allowances and Other Conditions ofService of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2000, the Central Government appoints Shri M.A. Khan Yusufi , Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser in this Department as Part-time Member in the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange with effect from the forenoon of 18thDecember , 2009 till he holds his present post or until further orders , whichever is earlier .
