का.आ. 3252(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 8 के अधीन , प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं , बी. भट्टाचार्य , आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क, बेंगलूर , एतद्वारा , एच.ए.एल. हेलिकॉप्टर मंडल के सामने , बेंगलूर-560037 पर स्थित मैसर्स जाइंट वर्किंग ग्रुप , के कंटेनर फ्रीट स्टेशन , जो निम्न प्रकार अनुसूची में विवृत है , को आयात किये गये कंटेनरों की प्राप्ति , भंडारण , आयातित कार्गो को खाली करने , परीक्षण और निकासी तथा निर्यातित कार्गो की प्राप्ति, संकलन , तदुपरांत परीक्षण , एल.सी.एल. एफ.सी.एल. कंटेनरों को निर्यात होने वाले वस्तुओं से भरने , उन्हें मुहरबंद करने और ऐसे मुहबंद कंटेनरों को बेंगलूर के वाइटफील्ड में स्थित आई.सी.डी. को प्रेषित करने के लिए सीमा शुल्क क्षेत्र के रूप में अधिसूचित करता हूँ ।

Bhattacharya, Commissioner of Customs , Bangalore , do hereby notify the Container Freight Station of M/ s . Joint Working Group-Joint Cargo Complex , Opp . HAL Helicopter Division, HAL Airport , Banagalore - 560037 , as described in the Schedule below as 'Customs Area ' for the purpose of receiving/ storing Import containers , destuffing, examination and clearance ofthe import cargo and recciving/ consolidating export cargo , examination thereof, stuffing LCL/FCL container with export cargo , sealing thereof and dispatching the sealed container to ICD , Whitefield , Bangalore for export .
