का.आ. 3257( अ ) लोक सभा अध्यक्ष ने संसद में विपक्षी नेता वेतन और भत्ता अधिनियम , 1977 की धारा 2 के निबंधन के अनुसार लोक सभा में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की नेता श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज को 21 दिसम्बर, 2009 से लोक सभा में विपक्ष की नेता के रूप में मान्यता दी है ।

Sushma Swaraj , the Leader of Bharatiya Janata Party in Lok Sabha as the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha with effect from 2 1st December, 2009, in terms ofSection 2 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act , 1977 .
