' सा.का.नि. 913(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की धारा 156 की उप -धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल जनरल ड्यूटी काडर समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती नियम , 1999 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल जनरल ड्यूटी काडर , समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन) नियम, 2009 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल जनरल ड्यूटी काडर समूह ' क' पद भर्ती नियम , 1999 की अनुसूची में, उप महानिरीक्षक ( जनरल ड्यूटी ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों और अपर उप महानिरीक्षक ( जनरल ड्यूटी ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा । [फा. सं. आई -12011/6/2009 - संगठन]

G.S.R. 913 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b) of sub - section ( 2) of Section 156 ofthe Indo -Tibetan Border Police Force Act , 1992 (35 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre , Group ' A' Posts Recruitment Rules , 1999 , namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force , General Duty Cadre , Group ' A' Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre , Group ' A ' Posts Recruitment Rules, 1999, serial number 2 relating to the post of Deputy Inspector General ( General Duty) and entries relating thereto and serial number 3 relating to the post of Additional Deputy Inspector General ( General Duty) and entries relating thereto shall be omitted .
