सा.का.नि. 919(अ) .प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा 1 जनवरी , 2010 के उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस दिन प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम के प्रावधान , जहां तक इनका सम्बन्ध केरल प्रशासनिक अधिकरण से है , प्रभावी होंगे ।

G.S.R. 919(E ) .- Irt exercise of the powers conferred bysub-section(4) of Section 1 ofthe Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (13 of 1985) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st January , 2010 as the date on which the provisions of the Act , in so far as they relate to the Kerala Administrative Tribunal shall come into force .
