विषय: मलेशिया, थाईलैंड तथा विएतनाम से डिजिटल वसेंटाइल डिस्क रिकॉर्डेबल ( डीवीडी- आर तथा डीवीडी- आरडब्ल्यू) के आयातों के संबंध में पाटनरोधी जांच के प्रारंभिक जांच परिणाम ।
सं. 14/16/2009-डीजीएडी. दिनांक 13-11-2009 के प्रारंभिक जांच परिणाम संबंधी अधिसूचना सं. 14/16/2009 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
उक्त परिणामों के पैरा 82 के अंतर्गत शुल्क तालिका में , निम्नलिखित सुधार किए जाते हैं :-
( i ) शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 की क्र.सं. 3 की मौजूदा प्रविष्टि में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :-
"दिनांक 22-01-2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या 8 /2009-सी.शु. में शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 के अंतर्गत क्र.सं. 3.में विएतनाम से इतर तथा पहले से पाटनरोधी शुल्क के अधीन देश से इतर कोई अन्य देश " ।
( ii ) शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 की क्र.सं. 6 की मौजूदा प्रविष्टि में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए:-
"दिनांक 22-01-2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या 8 /2009- सी.शु. में शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 की क्र.सं. 6 में थाईलैंड से इतर तथा पहले से पाटनरोधी शुल्क के अधीन देश से इतर कोई अन्य देश " ।
( iii ) शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 की क्र.सं. 9 की मौजूदा प्रविष्टि में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :-
"दिनांक 22-01-2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या 8/2009- सी.शु. में शुल्क तालिका के कॉलम 5 की क्र.सं. 9 में मलेशिया से इतर तथा पहले से पाटनरोधी शुल्क के अधीन देश से इतर कोई अन्य देश " ।
( iv) उक्त प्रारंभिक जांच परिणाम के पैरा 82 में उल्लिखित शुल्क तालिका कॉलम 2 के विवरण में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे " टैरिफ मद " के स्थान पर " टैरिफ शीर्ष " पढ़ा जाए ।

CORRIGENDUM
NewDelhi , the 22nd December, 2009
Subject: Preliminary findings of Anti - dumping investigations on imports of Digital Versatile Discs -Recordable (DVD- R and DVD- RW) from Malaysia , Thailand and Vietnam .
No. 14/ 16/2009 -DGAD .-Attention is invited to the preliminary findings Notification No. 14/16/2009 , dated 13-11-2009 .
In the duty table under Para 82 of the said findings , following corrections are made :---
(i) Existing entry at Sl . No. 3 under Column 5 of the duty table, is corrected to read as under:--
"Any country other than Vietnam and other than the country already subject to anti -dumping duty vide Sl.No. 3 under Column 5 ofthe duty table in Notification No. 8 /2009- Customs , dated 22-1-2009 " .
(ii) Existing entry at Sl . No. 6 under Column 5 of the duty table is corrected to read as under :-
"Any country other than Thailand and other than the country already subject to anti - dumping duty vide Sl. No. 6 under Column 5 of the duty table in Notification No. 8 /2009- Customs , dated 22-1-2009 " .
( ii) Existing entry at Sl . No. 9 under Column 5 of the duty table is corrected to read as under :-
"Any country other than Malaysia and other than the country already subject to anti - dumping duty vide Sl . No. 9 under Column 5 of the duty table in Notification No. 8 /2009-Customs , dated 22-1-2009" , (iv) The description of Column 2 of duty table at Para 82 of the said preliminary finding is corrected to read as "Tariff Heading" in place of" Tariff item" .
