विषय : चीन द्वारा दुग्ध एवं दुग्ध उत्पादों के आयात पर प्रतिबंध ।
का.आ. 3272(अ). विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित और विदेश व्यापार नीति 2009-14 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ भी पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एक संघटक के रूप में दुग्धवाले चाकलेट्स और चाकलेट उत्पाद और कैंडीज/कनफेक्शनरी/ फूड प्रिपरेशन्स अथवा दुग्ध पाउडर सहित दुग्ध और दुग्ध उत्पादों के चीन से आयात पर अधिसूचना संख्या 67 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-09 दिनांक । दिसम्बर , 2008 द्वारा लगाए गए और अधिसूचना संख्या 111 (आर ई -2008 )/2004-09 दिनांक 16 जून, 2009 द्वारा बढ़ाए गए प्रतिबंध को 24 दिसम्बर , 2009 से और अगले आदेशों तक और 6 महीनों के लिए बढ़ाती है ।

Subject : Prohibition on import of milk and milk products from China .
S.O. 3272 (E) . In exercise of powers conferredby Section 5 read alongwith Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 , also read alongwith paragraph 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Central Government hereby further extends the prohibition on import of milk and milk products including chocolates and chocolate products and candies/ confectionary/ food preparations with milk or milk solids as an ingredient , from China , imposed vide Notification No. 67 ( RE-2008 )/2004-2009 dated 1st December , 2008 and extended vide Notification No. 111 ( RE - 2008 ) /2004-2009 dated 16th June , 2009 , for a period of six months from 24thDecember, 2009 and until further orders .
