का.आ. 3273(अ) , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड मैसर्स शिवलिक इम्पेक्स एवं अन्य को अपर महानिदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली जोनल यूनिट , दिल्ली द्वारा फा. सं. 23/11 /2008 - डी जेड यू/6586 , दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर , 2008 के तहत जारी किए गए कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन के उद्देश्य से ,
(i) आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क, जे एन पी टी , न्हवा शेव;
(ii) आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क चैन्नै; और
(iii) आयुक्त, सीमा-शुल्क, काण्डला
को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और उनके कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, इनलैंड कंटेनर डिपो , तुगलकाबाद , नई दिल्ली को उभय न्याय निर्णयन प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करता है ।

S.O. 3273 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 and sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs , Inland Container Depot , Tughlakabad , New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on ,-
(i) the Commissioner of Customs , JNPT, Nhava Sheva;
(ii) the Commissioner of Customs , Chennai ; and
(iii) the Commissioner of Customs , Kandla
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relatingto Show Cause Notices pertaining to M /s . Shivalik Impex and Others issued vide F. No. 23/ 11 /2008 - DZU/6586 to 6600 , dated the 26th December , 2008 , by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi .

का.आ. 3275(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्यिों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा- शुल्क बोर्ड मैसर्स विंग्स ( इंडिया ) फैशन्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड एवं अन्यको एसिस्टैण्ट निदेशक , राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , दिल्ली जोनल यूनिट , दिल्ली के द्वारा डी आर आई फा. सं. 840/जें पी आर/ 19- XLVIII/2008 दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 2009 के तहत जारी किए गए कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन के उद्देश्य से ,- का.आ. 3274(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपर महानिदेशक , राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , मुम्बई आंचलिक इकाई, मुम्बई द्वारा मैसर्स ग्रैंड आर्गेनिक्स, गोवा एवं अन्य के मामले में फा. सं. डी आर आई/ एम जेड यूजी आर यू आई एन वी-01 /09 , दिनांक 24 अगस्त, 2009 के तहत जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन करने के उद्देश्य से सीमा शुल्क एवं केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त, गोवा को,-
(i ) उप/सहायक आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क ( एयर कार्गो काम्प्लेक्स) कोलकाता;
(i ) सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त , जवाहर लाल नेहरू सीमा शुल्क गृह , न्हवा शेवा , रायगढ़ , महाराष्ट्र;
(ii) उप/सहायक आयुक्त , सीमा शुल्क ( एयर कार्गो काम्प्लेक्स); मुम्बई
( ii ) सीमा- शुल्क आयुक्त , कांडला; एवं
(iii ) उप/सहायक आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क ( आर सी डी कौनकर) , जयपुर; और
( iv) उप/सहायक आयुक्त, जे एन सी एच , न्हावा शेवा (iii) सीमा- शुल्क आयुक्त ( निर्यात ) , नया सीमा- शुल्क गृह, बेलार्ड इस्टेट, मुम्बई
को प्रदत्त या उन पर अधिरोपित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए न्याय निर्णयन प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करता है ।

No. DRI /MZU/ GRU/Iny- 01/09 , dated the 24th August , 2009 , by the Additional Director General , Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence , Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai .
forthe purpose of adjudication the matters relating to Show CauseNotices pertaining to M/s . Wings ( India) Fashions Private Limited and Others issued vide DRI F. No. 840/ JPR/ 19 - XLVIII /2008 , dated the 15th January , 2009 , by the Assistant Director , Directorate of Revenue Intelligence , Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi .
