फा. सं. 01 /93/180/04/ए एम 09 /पी सी-2( ख ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार , एतद्वारा , प्रक्रिया पुस्तक खण्ड ( I) , 2009-2014 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं
परिशिष्ट 4घ को संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
"परिशिष्ट 4घ
व्यापारिक तरजीहों की वैश्विक प्रणाली ( जी एस टी पी ) , भारत - श्रीलंका मुक्त व्यापार समझौते ( आई एस एल एफ टी ए) का प्रमाणन करने और एशिया- भारत मुक्त व्यापार समझौते और भारत-कोरिया व्यापक आर्थिक सहभागिता समझौते (सीई पी ए ) के तहत उद्गम प्रमाण- पत्र जारी करने वाली प्राधिकृत एजेंसियों की सूची । "
निर्यात निरीक्षण परिषद् सम्पूर्ण भारत में अपने 57 कार्यालयों द्वारा निर्यात निरीक्षण एजेंसियों के रूप में परिचित अपने क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों के माध्यम से ।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

F. No. 01 /93/ 180/04/AM 09/PC- 2 ( B) . In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following armendment in Handbook ofProcedure (Vol . 1) , 2009-2014-
Appendix 4D is amended to read as under :
"APPENDIX 4D
ListofAgencies Authorised to issue certification for Global System of Trade Preferences (GSTP) , India- Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement ( ISLFTA) , Certificates of origin under ASEAN- India Free TradeAgreement and India- Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA ) . "
Export Inspection Council through their field offices known as Export Inspection Agencies with 57 offices all over India .
