सा.का.नि. 924(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 129/2008-सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 7 दिसम्बर , 2008 जो कि भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3, उप- खंड ( 1 ) में सा.का.नि. 843 ( अ ) जो उसी तारीख द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी, को उन बातों के सिवाय जो ऐसे विखंडन से पूर्व की गई है या जिन्हें करने का लोप किया गया है , विखंडित करती है ।

G.S.R. 924 (E ) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 129/2008 -Customs , dated the 7th December, 2008, which was published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 843 (E) of the same date , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

नई दिल्ली , 24 दिसम्बर , 2009 सं. 146/2009-सीमा-शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 925(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की दूसरी अनुसूची के शीर्ष सं. 11 के अंतर्गत आने वाले लौह अयस्क फाइन्स को , जब उसका भारत से बाहर निर्यात किया जाए, उक्त दूसरी अनुसूची के अधीन 5 प्रतिशत मूल्यानुसार संगणित रकम से अधिक है, छूट देती है ।

अधिसूचना सं. 130/2008- सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 7 दिसम्बर , 2008 , भारत में राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 . उप खंड ( i ) , सा.का. नि. 844( अ ) , तारीख 7 दिसम्बर, 2008 द्वारा किया गया था ।
exempts iron ore fines falling under Heading No. 11 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975) , when exported out of India , from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said Second Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of 5 % ad valorem.

G.S.R. 926 ( E ) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 79/2008-Customs , dated the 13th June , 2008 , published in the Gazette of India . Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3. Sub -section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 458 ( E) , namely:
Inthe said notification, for the figures and words " 5% ad valorem " , the figures and words " 10 % ad valorem " shall be substituted .
सा.का.नि. 926 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 79/2008-सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 13 जून , 2008 , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) , सा.का. नि. 458 ( अ ) , तारीख 13 जून , 2008 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: -

उक्त अधिसूचना में , अक्षर और शब्द " 5 प्रतिशत मूल्यानुसार " के स्थान पर " 10 प्रतिशत मूल्यानुसार " प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।

Sub-section (i ) vide number G.S.R. 458 ( E ) , dated the 13th June , 2008 and was last amended vide notification No. 130/2008 , dated the 7th December , 2008, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (i ) vide number G.S.R. 84-4(E ) of the same date .
