का.आ. 3299(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , मै. श्रीराम प्रॉपर्टीज एण्ड इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा गाँव पेरंगालातुर , चेन्नई , तमिलनाडु में 7.75.78 हेक्टेयर्स में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संबंधित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशेष आर्थिक जोन को अनधिसूचित करने के लिए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2857 ( अ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में पैराग्राफ नम्बर 5 में उल्लिखित " 361/ 1 ए2 ( पार्ट) " के स्थान पर " 367/ 1 ए2 ( पार्ट) " पढ़ा जाए ।

S.O.3299 (E )---The Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) and in pursuance ofrule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , Number S.O. 2857(E) dated 9thNovember, 2009, de-notifying an area of7.75.78 hectares atPerungalathur village , Chennai , Tamil Nadu for setting up of Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector, developedby M/ s . Shriram Properties and Infrastructure Private Limited namely:----
Inthe said notification, the survey number " 361 / 1A2 (Part)" mentioned in the 5th Paragraph maybe read as "367/ 1A2 (Part)" .
