सा.का.नि. 923(अ).-भारत सरकार , विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय (विधिकार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 568 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 जुलाई, 2008 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में तारीख 18 जुलाई , 2008 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में नियम 2 के पश्चात् अंत में निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" स्पष्टीकारक ज्ञापन :
केन्द्रीय सरकार ने विनिश्चय किया है कि । मई, 2008 से या विधिअधिकारियों की नियुक्ति की तारीख से जो भी पश्चात्वर्ती हो , विधि अधिकारी ( सेवा की शर्तें ) नियम , 1987 के संशोधन द्वारा विधि अधिकारियों की प्रतिधारण फीस और भत्तों का पुनरीक्षण किया जाए । इस विनिश्चय के क्रियान्वयन की दृष्टि से यह आवश्यक हो गया है कि संशोधित नियमों की भूतलक्षी प्रभाव दिया जाए ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि उक्त नियमों के भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से संशोधन करने से किसी व्यक्ति के हित पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा । "

G.S.R. 923 ( E) .--In the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice ( Department of Legal Affairs) numberG.S.R. 568 ( E ) , dated the 18th July, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , sub - Section ( i) dated 18th July, 2008 , after Rule 2, the following shall be inserted at the end , namely :----

"Explanatory Memorandum:
The Central Government has decided to revise the retainer fee and allowances of the Law Officers by amending in the Law Officers ( Condition of Service) Rules , 1987 with effect from Ist day ofMay, 2008 or from the date of appointment of Law Officers , whichever is later . With a view to implement this decision , it has become necessary to give retrospective effect to the amended rules.
It is certified that the amendment to the said rules with retrospective effect will not adversely affect the interest of any person . "
