नई दिल्ली , 23 दिसम्बर, 2009 का.आ. 3301(अ). एतद्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 5 ( 2) (एच) के अन्तर्गत शहरी विकास मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार ने अपने पत्र संख्या के -11011/5/2009- डी डी आई ए दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर, 2009 के माध्यम से सूचित किया है कि श्री जे. पी. अग्रवाल और श्री सईद शाहनवाज हुसैन , सांसद ( लोक सभा ) , व डॉ. कर्ण सिंह , संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा ( जिनका राज्य सभा सदस्य के रूप में कार्यकाल दिनांक 27-1-2012 तक है ) को विधिवत रूप से प्राधिकरण की सलाहकार समिति के सदस्यों के रूप में चुना गया है।

S.O. 3301 (E) . It is hereby notified that under Section 5(2) (h) of the Delhi Development Act , 1957, the Government of India , Ministry of Urban Development have vide their letter No. K- 11011 /5/2009 -DDIA dated 16th December , 2009 communicated that Lok Sabha Members of Parliament Shri J. P. Aggarwal and Shri Syed Shahnawaz Hussain and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, Dr. Karan Singh , (current term in Rajya Sabha up to 27-1-2012 ) have been elected to be members of the Advisory Council ofthe Delhi Development Authority.
