फा. सं. एल.ए.डी. एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2009-10/ 24/188816. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, वडोदरा स्टॉक एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड , जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय तीसरी मंज़िल , फॉर्चुन टॉवर, सयाजीगंज, वडोदरा -390 005 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 3 के अधीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में ही होगा , एतद्वारा , प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 4 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन 4 जनवरी , 2010 को प्रारंभ होने वाली और 3 जनवरी , 2011 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसके नीचे कथित शर्तों अथवा जो इसके पश्चात् विहित या अधिरोपित की जाएं के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है :-
एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधिरोपित सभी विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार आरंभ कर सकता है ।

F. No. LAD - NRO/GN/2009-10/24/ 188816 . The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation ) Act, 1956 by Vadodara Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at 3rd floor, Fortune Tower , Sayajigunj , Vadodara- 390 005 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest ofthe trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise ofthe powers conferred under Section 4 ofthe Securities Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1956 , renewal ofrecognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 ofthe said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 4th day of January , 2010 and ending on 3rd day of January, 2011 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as prescribed or imposed hereafter:
The Exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
