सा.का.नि. 929(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 15 ) की धारा 66 के खंड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय कीअधिसूचना सं. सा.का. नि. 381 ( अ ) , तारीख 27 जून , 2006 द्वारा जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , राजस्व विभाग , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्यांक 9 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
" ( 10 ) राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण;
( 11 ) गंभीर कपट अन्वेषण कार्यालय; और
( 12) केन्द्रीय आर्थिक आसूचना ब्यूरो । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th December , 2009
G.S.R. 929(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii) of Section 66 of the Prevention of Money- laundering Act, 2002 ( 15 of 2003 ) , the Central Government , onbeing satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so , hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub- section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 381 ( E ), dated the 27th June , 2006 namely :
In the said notification , after serial number ( 9 ) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be inserted, narnely :--
"( 10 ) National Investigation Agency;
(11) Serious Fraud Investigation Office ; and
( 12) Central Economic Intelligence Bureau . "
