सा.का.नि. 927(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 4 और खण्ड 5 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निदेश देती है कि अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 135 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2000 , सा. का. नि. 136( अ ) , तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2000 , सा.का. नि. 137 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2000, सा.कानि 138 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 फरवरी , 2000 और सा.का.नि. 157( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 के उपबंध चीनी के किसी उत्पादक द्वारा आयातित कच्ची चीनी से प्रसंस्कृत चीनी या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा जॉब आधार पर इसके प्रसंस्करण के संबंध में और भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगमं लिमिटेड ( एस.टी.सी. ) , एमएमटीसी लिमिटेड ( एम.एम.टी.सी. ) , भारतीय परियोजना और उपस्कर निगम लिमिटेड ( पी.ई.सी. ) और राष्ट्रीय कृषि विपणन परिसंघ लिमिटेड ( नेफेड ) या किसी अन्य केन्द्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर या राज्य सरकार के पब्लिक सेक्टर अभिकरण या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा 31 मार्च , 2010 तक आयातित श्वेत चीनी या परिष्कृत चीनी के संबंध में 31 दिसम्बर, 2010 तक लागू नहींहोंगे ।

New Delhi , the 29th December , 2009
G.S.R. 927 (E).-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955) read with clauses 4 and 5 of the Sugar ( Control) Order, 1966 , the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of the notifications number G.S.R. 135 ( E) , dated 17th February , 2000 , G.S.R. 136 ( E ) , dated 17th February, 2000 , G.S.R. 137(E ), dated 17th February , 2000, G.S.R. 138 ( E) ,dated 17th February , 2000 and G.S.R. 157 ( E ) . dated Ist March , 2002 , shall not be applicable till the 31st December, 2010 in respect of sugar processed from raw sugar imported by a producer of sugar or by any other person for processing it on job basis and in respect of sugar white or refined sugar imported till 31st March , 2010 by State Trading Corporation of India Ltd. (STC), MMTC Limited (MMTC), Projects and Equipment Corporation of India Ltd. (PEC ) and National Agricultural Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) or any other Central Public Sector or State Public Sector Undertaking or any other person.

सा.का.नि. 928(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी (नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 4 और खण्ड 5 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 832(अ ) , तारीख 29 दिसम्बर , 1999 के उपबंध भारतीय राज्य व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड ( एस.टी.सी. ) , एमएमटीसी लिमिटेड ( एम.एम.टी.सी. ), भारतीय परियोजना और उपस्कर निगम लिमिटेड ( पी.ई.सी. ) और राष्ट्रीय कृषिविपणन परिसंध लिमिटेड ( नेफेड ) या किसी अन्य केन्द्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर या राज्य सरकार के पब्लिक सेक्टर अभिकरण या किसी अन्य व्यक्तिद्वारा आयातित श्वेत या कच्ची चीनी के संबंध में 31 मार्च, 2010 तकलागू नहींहोंगे ।
