नई दिल्ली , 29 दिसम्बर , 2009
का.आ. 3303(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा (1 ) और उप- धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्यांक का.आ. 489( अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल , 2003 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में " छह वर्ष और आठ मास की अवधि के लिए" शब्दों के स्थान पर " आठ वर्ष और आठ मास की अवधि के लिए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

टिप्पणः मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में का.आ. 489 (अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल , 2003 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और का.आ. 56 (अ ) , तारीख 14 जनवरी , 2005 और का.आ. 253 ( अ ) , तारीख 19 फरवरी , 2007 और का.आ. 1.539 ( अ) , तारीख 24 जून , 2008 द्वारा उसमें पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन किए गए ।

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS ORDER
New Delhi , the 29th December , 2009
S.O.3303 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 489(E) , dated the 30thApril , 2003 , namely:-
Inthe said Order, in paragraph 1 , for the words "for a period of six years and eight months ", the words " for a period of eight years and eight months " shall be substituted.
