नई दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर, 2009 सं. 186/2009-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
का.आ. 3305(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा का.आ. 3025 ( अ) , दिनांक 26 नवम्बर , 2009 के द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 174/2009-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) , दिनांक 26 नवम्बर , 2009 को रद्द करते हुए , परन्तु इसे रद्द करने से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने से लोप की गई बातों को छोड़कर केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , एतद्वारा दिनांक 1 जनवरी , 2010 के प्रभाव से इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I औरअनुसूची- II में से प्रत्येक के कॉलम (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी मुद्रा की भारतीय मुद्रा में अथवा भारतीय मुद्रा के विदेशी मुद्रा मेंविनिमय दर आयातित और निर्यात माल के संबंध में उक्त धारा के उद्देश्य के लिए उसके कॉलम (3 ) में दी गई तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित दर पर निर्धारित करता है ।

S.O. 3305 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) No. 174/2009- Customs (N.T. ), dated the 26th November , 2009 vide number S.O. 3025 (E) , dated the 26th November, 2009 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of each of Schedule - I and Schedule- II annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall, with effect from 1st January, 2010 be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof, for the purpose of the said section, relating to imported and export goods.
