I.-भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ( भर्ती , वरिष्ठता और प्रोन्नति ) तृतीय संशोधन विनियम , 2009 से संबंधित भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण की अधिसूचना सं. भाराराप्रा/ 11012/147/2009-एचआर. 1 , जो 25 नवम्बर , 2009 को भारत के राजपत्र , भाग III , खंड 4 में प्रकाशित की गई थी ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिसूचना कहा गया है ) , में :-
(क ) उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित तारीख " नई दिल्ली, 23 अक्तूबर , 2009 " को " नई दिल्ली , 23 नवम्बर, 2009" पढ़ा जाए ।
(ख ) उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 के उप- पैरा ( 2 ) में आए "कालम 2 " शब्द और अंक को " कालम 4 " पढ़ा जाए ।

स्पष्टीकरण ज्ञापन
इस शुद्धि- पत्र की अधिसूचना से पहले कर ली गई अथवा करने से लोप हो गई किसी बात पर इस शुद्धि-पत्र के प्रख्यापन का प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा ।

No. NHAI/ 11012/ 147/2009 - HR.I.- In the National Highways Authority ofIndia Notification No. NHAI/ 11012/ 147/2009 -HR.I . , pertaining to National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment , Seniority and Promotion) Third Amendment Regulations , 2009, published on 25th November, 2009, in the Gazette of India , Part III , Section 4 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) :-
(a) The date of the said notification mentioned as "New Delhi , the 23rd October, 2009" may be read as "New Delhi, the 23rd November , 2009 " .
(b) In sub-para (2 ) ofpara 1 of the said notification , the word and figure " Column 2 " may be read as "Column 4" .
