सा.का.नि. 932(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार , खान और खनिज ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 67 ) की धारा 17 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) और ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए , उड़ीसा सरकार के साथ विचार - विमर्श करने के बाद , पूर्वेक्षण लाइसेंस या खनन पट्टे के लिए पहले ही से अधिग्रहित क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर , नीचे कॉलम ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट गाँव में कोलमबाइट- टेंटालाइट ( सी बी - टी ए) धारी पेग्माटाइट को , परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग की एक घटक इकाई , एटोमिक मिनरल्स डारेक्ट्रेट फॉर एक्सप्लोरेशन एण्ड रिसर्च ( ए एम डी) की मार्फत , पूर्वेक्षण या खनन प्रचालन करने के लिए, आरक्षित रखती है और घोषणा करती है कि उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट परिबद्धकारी देशांतर और कॉलम (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट परिबद्धकारी अक्षांश की सीमा के भीतर कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट ऐसे आरक्षित क्षेत्र के संबंध में कोई पूर्वेक्षण लाइसेंस या खनन पट्ट्टा नहीं दिया जाएगा और एतद्वारा यह विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि उक्त प्रचालन खनिज परमाणु खनिजों अर्थात् कोलमबाइट - टेंटालाइट ( सी बी - टी ए ) धारी पेग्माटाइट के लिए किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the30th December, 2009
G.S.R. 932( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (2) and (4) of Section 17 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) , the Central Government, after consultation with the State Government ofOrissa, reserves for undertaking prospecting or mining operations through the Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD ), a constituent unit of Department of Atomic Energy , of columbite -tantalite (Cb-Ta) bearing pegmatities in village specified in column ( 1) of the Table below except the areas already held under prospecting licence or mining lease , and declares that no prospecting licence or mining lease shall be granted in respect of the area specified in column (2) , the bounding longitude of which is specified in column (3 ) and bounding latitude of which is specified in column (4) of the said Table and hereby specifies that the said operation shall be carried out for the mineral atomic minerals viz . columbite -tantalite (Cb -Ta) bearing pegmatities .
