का.आ. 3310(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, विदेशी विषयक आदेश , 1948 के खंड 2 के उप-खंड ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में विदेशी क्षेत्रीय पंजीकरण अधिकारी , बंगलौर को, कर्नाटक राज्य के बंगलौर अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन सहित , बंगलौर नगर पुलिस आयुक्तालय के क्षेत्राधिकार में और पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला बंगलौर के प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण में आने वाले बंगलौर जिले के सम्बन्ध में , उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्वारा दिनांक 1 जनवरी , 2010 से " सिविल प्राधिकारी " नियुक्तकरती है ।
का.आ. 3311(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, विदेशियों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियम , 1992 के नियम 3 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में विदेशी क्षेत्रीय पंजीकरण अधिकारी , बंगलौर को , कर्नाटक राज्य के बंगलौर नगर पुलिस आयुक्तालय के क्षेत्राधिकार में और पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला बंगलौर के प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण में आने वाले बंगलौर जिले के सम्बन्ध में, उक्त नियमों और विदेशी विषयक आदेश, 1948 के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए दिनांक1 जनवरी , 2010 से रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 3311 (E) .-In pursuance of sub- clause ( 1 ) of rule 3 of the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Bangalore , as the Registration Officerto perform the functions ofthe Registration Officer under the said rules and the Foreigners Order, 1948 for the jurisdiction ofBangalore City Police Commissionerate and Bangalore District under the administrative control of Superintendent of Police , Bangalore District in the State of Karnataka with effect from the 1st January, 2010 .
S.O. 3310(E) . In pursuance of sub- clause ( 2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer , Bangalore , as the " Civil Authority" for the purposes of the said Order for the jurisdiction of Bangalore City Police Commissionerate and Bangalore District under the administrative control of Superintendent of Police , Bangalore District , including Bangalore International Airport in the State of Karnataka with effect from the 1st January, 2010 .
