का.आ. 3312(अ). राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में एतद्वारा यह निदेश देती हैं कि संघ राज्य क्षेत्र दमण एवं दीव के प्रशासक , राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन और अगले आदेशों तक, इस संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य पारम्परिक वनवासी ( वन अधिकारों की मान्यता ) अधिनियम, 2006 ( 2007 का 2 ) के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार की शक्तियोंका प्रयोग और उसके कार्यों का निर्वहन भी करेंगे ।

S.O. 3312 (E). In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) ofArticle 239 of the Constitution , the President hereby directs that the Administrator of the Union Territory of Daman and Diu , shall , subject to the control of the President and until further orders , also exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition ofForest Rights) Act, 2006 (2 of2007) within that Union Territory.
