G.S.R. 3 ( E) . In exercise of powers conferred by rule 2( 1 ) of the Delhi Development Authority ( Disposal of Developed Nazul Land ) Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby notify the pre - determined rates chargeable for different uses as under :-
