का.आ. 7 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 42 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
1. उक्त अधिसूचना की सूची में,-
S.O. 7 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act , 2005 (42 of 2005 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rural Development , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , vide number S.O. 1 (E) , dated the 1st January, 2009 , namely :--
1. In the said notification, in the Schedule ,-
( i) क्रम संख्यांक 24 के सामने , स्तंभ 3 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " 100/-रु. " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
(i) against Sl . No. 24, for the entry in column (3) , the entry " Rs 100/- " shall be substituted;
( ii ) क्रम संख्यांक 25 के सामने , स्तंभ 3 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " 100/-रु. " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
( ii) against Sl . No. 25 , for the entry in column (3 ), the entry " Rs 100/ - " shall be substituted.
2. उपरोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट मजदूरी दर राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी ।
2. The wage rate specified above shall come into effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette .

टिप्पणः मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1 ( अ ) तारीख 1 जनवरी , 2009 में प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 3208 ( अ ) तारीख 15 दिसम्बर , 2009 द्वारा किया गया ।
Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part - II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 1st January , 2009 vide number S.O. 1 (E) , dated the 1st January, 2009 and last amended vide notification number S.O. 3208 (E) , dated the 15th December , 2009 .
