सा.का.नि. 5(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( ङ) के उप -खण्ड ( ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:

G.S.R. 5(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( ii ) of clause ( e ) of Section 3 of the Insecticides Act , 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , after consultation with the Central Insecticides Board,

hereby makes the following further amendments in the Schedule to the said Act , namely
