का.आ. 14(अ).- वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 ( 1995 का 43 ) की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केन्द्रीय वक्फ परिषद् नियमावली , 1998 के नियम 5 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार दिनांक 18 मार्च , 2005 को भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) में सा. का. नि. 333 ( अ ) के माध्यम से प्रकाशित सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में:-
( i) क्रम संख्या 4 पर " धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) के उप- खंड ( 2 ) के तहत नियुक्त सदस्यों " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि हटाई जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 14(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Section 9 of the Wakf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995) , and in pursuance of Rule 5 of the Central Wakf Council Rules, 1998, the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment , Number S.O. 333 (E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 18th March , 2005 , namely :-
In the said notification ,
(i) Under the heading " Members appointed under sub - clause ( ii ) of clause (b ) of sub- section (2 ) of Section 9 " at serial number 4 the following entries will be deleted, namely:-
"4. Shri Salman Khurshid,
4, Gulmohar Avenue ,
