सा.का.नि. 8(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 129- क की उप- धारा ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II, खंड 3 , उप- खंड( i) में सं. सा.का. नि. 410 (अ ) , दिनांक 17 जून , 2005 के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 49/2005- सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में सारणी में:-
द्वारा दिनांक 9 जून , 2006 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित सं. सा.का.नि. 356 (अ ) , के तहत संशोधन किया गया था । इसमें अधिसूचना सं. 42/ 2008 - सीमा- शुल्क (गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 12 मई , 2008 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( 1 ) दिनांक 12 मई, 2008 में प्रकाशित सं. सा. का. नि. 371 (अ ) , के तहत और संशोधन किया गया था । इसमें अधिसूचना सं. 42/2009- सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 21 अप्रैल, 2009 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड (i ) दिनांक 21 अप्रैल, 2009 में प्रकाशित सं. सा. का. नि. 272(अ) , के तहत और संशोधन किया गया था । तत्पश्चात् इसमें अधिसूचना सं. 53/2009- सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 19 मई , 2009 द्वारा दिनांक 19 मई , 2009 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित सं. सा. का. नि. 344 ( अ ) , के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।
(i) कॉलम 2 में क्रम संख्या 19 के सामने शब्द " वलसाद " के स्थान पर " वापी " शब्द को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 6th January , 2010 No. 2/2010 - Customs (N.T.)
G.S.R. 11 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section( 1 B) of Section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue , No. 39 / 2005 - Customs ( N.T. ) published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) , vide number G.S.R.307 ( E ) , dated the 13th May, 2005 , namely :
In the said notification, in the Table , against serial number 15, in column (3 ), for the word " Valsad " , the word " Vapi " shall be substituted. [F. No.390/ 12/2005( BMB )-JC ]
